Shipping timelines are listed on each product page. Please review these details before placing your order.

Returns

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, please request a return within 7 days of delivery and ship it back within 7 days of approval. Any different return terms will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email info@bajwane.com. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without approval.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact info@bajwane.com.
